We have the best fitness equipment in the industry. Throughout our expansive space, there are designated areas for cardio, free weights & circuit training.

MONMOUTH COUNTY’S ONLY 50 METER INDOOR POOL

Our pool is 6 lanes consisting of 4,25yard lanes and 2 50 meter lanes. In addition, we have a therapy pool used for swim lessons & water classes for kids and adults of all ages and abilities.

New Jersey Race Club is a technique-based USS team for the athlete that wants to succeed in the competitive sport of swimming. NJRC will offer the best training in and out of the pool.

We work with a wide range of clients from 18 months to 100 years old! Starting very young with our learn to swim clients and traveling up to our senior community.
